Accessibility

We want everyone to be able to use this website, whatever device, settings or tools you use. This page says what we aim for, what we've tested, what we know still needs work, and how to tell us about a problem.

What we aim for

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA, the usual standard for websites. That means you should be able to:

There's no accessibility button or "overlay" on this site. The tools you already use, built into your phone, computer or browser, should work as they're meant to.

What we've tested

In October 2026 we ran Google's Lighthouse test on the home page, the free health check, the prices page and a guide. Each scored 100 out of 100 for accessibility. Our colours were checked against the contrast standard when they were chosen.

Automated tests only catch some problems, so in October 2026 we also checked 13 pages more closely:

Those checks found three small problems, which we fixed: an unlabelled menu, some decorative icons a screen reader could stumble on, and cards on the home page that were slightly too wide for the narrowest phones.

What we know isn't perfect

Tell us about a problem

If something on this site is hard to use, or you need information in a different format, please tell us what and where. We'll get back to you as soon as we can, and either fix it or get you what you need another way.
