About
I'm Ben. I've spent twenty-odd years helping businesses get the strategy and the experience right, not just the build: the thinking that decides what a site or campaign should actually do, not just what it should look like.
Before Suffolk Design, that meant working with startups, fintech companies and government, on websites and apps used by millions of people, helping much bigger organisations make better decisions about what they build. Now I’m based near Southwold, bringing that same experience to businesses closer to home, across Halesworth, Beccles, Bungay, Lowestoft and the rest of East Suffolk.
Why Suffolk Design exists
Most small businesses don’t need a big agency. They need someone reliable who’ll explain things plainly, work out what the website needs to do for the business, and then get it done properly, at a price agreed up front.

We're here to help local businesses do well, and for most of them that starts with being found. When someone nearby searches for what you do, on Google or on the map, you should be there, with a website that gives them a good reason to get in touch.
