  • A logo. We’ll set your business name in a clean style that suits you, or you can add a logo package

How it works

  1. Get in touch A few details about your business. We read every enquiry and reply within two working days.
  2. Tell us about your business A few simple questions, or a quick call if you’d rather talk it through. We write the text from your answers, and you check it and approve it.
  3. You’re online You check it, we make any changes, then your site goes live.

Usually live within 2 weeks of getting your answers and photos.

Questions

Do I need to write anything?
No. We write short, clear text from your answers to a few questions, or from a quick chat on the phone if that’s easier. You check it and approve it.
What if I need more pages?
That’s fine. A few extra pages are priced before we start, so you know the total up front. The Business site is for when you want the content written with you and a site built around how customers find you, not just more pages.
Can I update it myself?
Yes, the things that change most: your opening hours, prices, photos and a short notice. It’s a simple editor, with nothing technical to learn.
What if I want changes after launch?
Just ask. We’ll tell you the price before doing anything.
Do I have to host with you?
No. Once your site is built, you can host it yourself or with another company, and we’ll hand over everything you need, including your domain name. Most people find it easier to leave it with us.
Can I take bookings?
Customers can ask for a booking through your contact form, and you confirm it with them. Online booking with a live calendar, or a shop, is priced individually as a bigger project.
What if I don’t have a logo?
That’s fine. We’ll set your business name in a clean style that suits you. If you’d like a logo for your van, signs and cards too, you can add a logo package for 400 at any time.

Hosting keeps your site online and secure, includes your .co.uk or .uk domain name (and connecting your email to it), and fixes anything that breaks. You can change the basics yourself, and anything else is priced when you need it.
