About Suffolk Design

We’ve recently relocated to Suffolk from East London where we worked with big companies and startups.

Now we are working with local businesses, re-wilding and converting an old barn into our workspace.

Our approach

A key principle in how we deal with our clients is that we strive to avoid using technical jargon and business speak.

We have worked with startups, agencies, investors, banks and the government on large-scale innovation projects used by millions of people. Over the years we have turned many complex and gnarly business problems into simple, calm solutions.

How we do this is by working closely with our clients to understand their audience before we even start thinking about technology.

We want to help you to grow your business. We won’t try to sell you a product, package or solution that you don’t need. We can help you take a step back from daily operations and see things more clearly.

Our process

The price we give you is the price you pay.

We’ll discuss your requirements with you and get an understanding of your audience and objectives for the project.
We will clearly define the things that are to be delivered over the course of the project.
We don’t do estimates. The price you’re given is final and we will provide a clear picture of any ongoing costs (e.g. hosting) before you decide to proceed.
Should you wish to proceed we will require a 50% deposit.
We will book in your project and start the design process, providing initial designs for review and you will be informed of progress at key stages of the project.

You’ll have your own progress board that you can check in on at any time and understand exactly where the project is at.
Once everything is finished and you’re happy we will invoice for the remaining 50% and if the project is a website we will configure your domain and schedule a go-live date that works for you.
